Questions to Ask: Am I navigating life from an intuitive space?
Where am I beginning my healing? Am I searching outside of myself, or going within?
What practices am I inspired to cultivate in 2018?
What practices from 2017 no longer serve me?
How can I align my intuitive callings with my real life?
What helps me feel creative, powerful, and connected? What lights me back up?
What is my relation to my consumption? What am I calling on for healing?
What do I want to create in 2018?
What to Become Aware of: An illuminated moon on the first day of a new year — we are magic. What a beautiful opportunity to allow ourselves to melt into intimacy with everything — to become the active participant of existence that our heart of hearts wants for us to be. To see — to fully experience — “ourselves” as so very much more than perceived polarities. It has become scarily easy for us to numb our lives to what stirs it up. But what’s wrong with a good, heavy stir? The nature of nature is infinite undulation and fluctuation. We, as human suits, are the inextricable essence of nature, and so, it is just not even possible for us to not fluctuate, to change, as well. It is just literally not sewn into the fabric of life. What is pain, and what are feelings, other than ideas we construct in our mind? We the miraculous vessels through which we, as the Universe, experiences itself. Let us open up as alchemical vessels of connection, creativity, and love. Let us participate, and radiate immense forgiveness for the times when we (or those we love) do not.
All is life and fear is safe, because absolutely nothing is dead.
The entire point of being here is to feel! To allow what wants to come through, to come through. And the real work is in not becoming attached to it, nor resistant to it. Resistance conceives separation — it’s saying that we are not grateful for the gift. Resistance conceives concepts of pain. To surrender to all the feels — and to dissolve our need to even “accept” them — is to alchemize into gratitude. It is to become all that we dream of being, in a moment of awareness of love. To melt into all that has occurred, is occurring, and will occur, is to become the active participant and to become gratitude itself.
Life is our ally. Life is our teacher. Life if our gift. Whatever is coming through, let it come through you.
Be patient with yourself as you go into this new year. Love and trust your intuitive nature — it is where everything in existence begins.
A Ritual to Practice: Intuitive Prayer
How can we manifest anything, if we aren’t truly clear on what we need? The chasm between mental desires (in jealousy, fear of lack, fear of death … ) and he(art) desires (in service to others, abundance consciousness, gratitude, love for life … ) is the boundless space in which we may steep prayer and respect. Flood everything you have into that space. Give it all away. Give gratitude for the mystery. Pray for the sharpening of your intuition. Pray for the wisdom to know the difference between creating our of love and creating out of fear. Release all concrete ideas of what it is that you want to manifest this year. Allow yourself to watch it all dissolve into dust. Into stardust. Release any grip you have on “what you want”. Write, or say, or both, the below prayer of St. Francis of Assisi. Be grateful. Be free.
Lord make me an instrument of your peace
Where there is hatred let me sow love
Where there is injury, pardon
Where there is doubt, faith
Where there is despair, hope
Where there is darkness, light
And where there is sadness, joy
O divine master grant that I may
not so much seek to be consoled as to console
to be understood as to understand
To be loved as to love
For it is in giving that we receive
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned
And it's in dying that we are born to eternal life
Amen. Mahalo. Aho.

⟡ Have you downloaded Meagan's FREE Intuitive Moon E-Book? This little book is intended to serve as your appetizer to these bi-monthly love letters.
This book is not about teaching you how to work with the Moon in order to get what you want. Rather, it’s a gentle introduction to encourage you to use the Moon as a symbol in your life — a symbol with whatever meaning you decide. I am so honored to take this journey with you! ⟡
