we must blast far beyond the systems in which our minds file and label eating habits.
if anything, eating mustn't be a habit, but a grateful ritual.
it must be done in a ceremonial, celebratory spirit.
the basis that we choose to deliver ourselves this gift of life, strength, and growth is inexplicably gorgeous.
every single time.
the trouble slithers when we seek control.
we must learn to trust ourselves again ~ to trust ourselves to nourish ourselves in the ways that we, in this moment, need.
not what the government, nor anybody else, has projected onto us.
our innermost ability to feed ourselves from a place of pure intuition is forever there.
we just . . . must remember what that tastes like.
